All Meetings and Training Suspended Until Further Notice

Special Covid-19 Update: The Surry County Beekeepers are currently unable to meet due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place. But the members are still active on Facebook and our officers are providing new “How To” videos to keep our members in the loop and learning about bees.

Under normal circumstances, the Surry County Beekeepers meet on the 2nd Monday of the month at least 10 months of the year. We have 2 Saturday field days – spring and fall – held at the apiaries of some of our members. We get together for a picnic in the summer and for dinner at a local restaurant in December for Christmas. You can also see us at local events and talking about honeybees in the area schools.

Regular meetings [when held] start at 7:00 pm at the Surry Cooperative Extension Office
915 E. Atkins Street, Suite 300, Dobson, NC 27017 [ map ]
